I have an intel core 2 duo t7250 2ghz in my dell xps m1530 laptop. Using cpuz it shows it throttleing up to 2.2ghz but in control panel system it says i have a 2ghz processor which is correct and why does windows say different thanks.

Just looked in the bios it says I have a 2ghz processor but also says I have dynamic acceleration enabled could this be clocking it up

control panel is not dynamic cpuz is it will show your cpu throttleing up and down

Looking around the web it does increase the CPU speed on one core as and when needed.
