Speedtest wrong?

I got info from my ISP recently that the connections in my building were being upgraded to 1Gbps shared, guaranteed at leas 10mbps

Anyway, did a speedtest which comes up with :

Yet Tomato says otherwise :confused:

What's right?

Actually not that fast in real terms, the tomato screenshot isn't showing which shows transfer rate of around 2000kb/s

Also ... connections to the UK are crap

Tomato IIRC correctly shows the average speed over a period of time.
If the speed test takes 5 seconds and tomato avergaes 10 seconds it'll show half the speed.
