I'm with o2 & I'm having some issues with HLSW & getting the internet & lan logs for my cs servers, before anyone says i use a better router I'll say its actually syncing higher than my 834gt 
I've spoken to people at o2 but only on 1st line support.
Basically how do I either setup the correct ports 7030-7039 or simply just switch off the firewall, my mind isnt working too well at the mo with being on nightshift in a cold hospital
Any help would be great especially peeps running hlsw & the 585v7 router supplied by o2.
