I have just done a clean install of Windows XP 64 and have also installed the Speedtouch driver for the USB/330 Modem (for use with BT internet) for Windows XP and my PC cannot detect the modem although the drivers have installed and both green lights are on the modem - can anyone help??
Is this a 64bit problem or is it something else - I rang BT tech support but they were useless!
