I found Spellforce 2 to be really good, has a lot of puzzles in for quests, mini missions etc. Lots of rpg elements with cool rts twist missions. Even did the DLC for it, sound track was nice too.

Might end up replaying it now

I really liked spellforce 1 and bought the universe edition for a tenner for the expansions + spellforce 2, but I never started playing it again.
