They make good games, but my god they are as buggy as hell and the games they solely act as a publisher are generally **** (WET, Rogue Warrior or Hunted anyone?) - they are nowhere near devs like Naughty Dog, Valve or Blizzard...

So both a lazy dev and quite happy to release any crap as a publisher - Studio of the Year material? I think not...
