i am really considering a trip to a chiropractor to give some assistance to my bad back. With golf season starting soon I want to be as physically able as I can.
I have seen on YouTube and whatnot , and people with lower back pain (along with other issues) having such relief from especially the "y strap".
so, I’m wondering if anyone has ever tried this and if it had any benefit at all?
