Hi,
Done lots of Spinning classes in the past at my pay for gym. My work gym (which is free for me) has recently got some Keiser spinning bikes.

Rather than pay for classes and rush to finish work in time, I'd rather do it for free in my own time in my works gym. I could probably make a session up, but wondered if anyone else does this, and if the classes are downloadable? I'd like it to be relevant to the Keiser bikes with regards to the resistance levels to be using. Not fussed if it is video or just audio. Don't mind paying for them, but would be interested in what others have used or recommend?

youtube is good for some spin class stuff. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=spin+classes+workout

I've used this lot for my turbo sessions in my front room over the winter time https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPvjahSsyFcu8HG1tvqMZSA and this lot https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuTaETsuCOkJ0H_GAztWt0Q

Yo, thanks! I will check those out.

Unfortunately I've no Wifi there and would prefer to download these for offline play which wont be easy on a Windows phone! I will look into it for those though, thanks!

Sweet, thanks. Is this not more aimed at Turbotrainers, rather than Spinning?

It's suitable for anyone on any kind of bike to be honest. You're given an effort scale at the start of the video and then for each section it'll indicate where on that scale you should be.

If you've got a shiny turbo or watt bike setup you can do things a little more scientifically but I can't imagine why the above wouldn't work for spinning :)
