SPL season 2012-13

Same thing happened last season early doors remember Rangers 15 points ahead when Celtic were in Europe. Unacceptable from guys on 20K a week.

Last season Rangers gave poor performances the whole season we were lucky that Celtic were worse at the start otherwise it would have been a bigger difference at the end. Great to see Motherwell and Saints get good results this week as well.

Celtic played well pre-season and the first couple of games last year but then Izzy broke his leg and he was the engine of the team at the time - they went downhill for a long time till they got used to playing without him.

This year, apart from a lack of Scott Brown, there is just a severe lack of professionalism I think - it seems like they know they have the league won anyway - there is no hunger

On that point, izzy still isnt showing the class he was in 2010, I think he is afraid to get injured again. Hope he gets back to his former self.

YUP - he is a shadow of the former player - I thought he was our best player and looked unstoppable. Damned shame

Dundee did well to keep the score low today - an absolute battering from Celtic. Rab Douglas still able to do the business between the sticks even at 40 !

United were poor today, and to be honest Hearts were not 3 goals better than us today. We simply could not finish and were also denied 1 if not 2 penalties. Fair play to Hearts though they got the chances and took them.

Considering we only had two players who faced Motherwell the last time we played and now have a team laced with 17 and 18 year Olds. I think it is a great result especially as the team is also trying to gel together.

Celtic back where they belong at the top of the SPL following a relatively easy win at fir Park.

Motherwell 0-2 Celtic.

I am relieved to see it but hope that Motherwell continue their good form for the last season or two. there are a lot of teams bunched up at the top now - I don't remember it being this competitive before.

Shocking performance form Utd this week.

Whilst we can dish out the usual excuses, "We're rebuilding again", "missing a few players" it simply is not good enough.
