Splinter cell blacklist lost game save

So I reinstalled my os when I added a second gpu. Then Black list would not luanch so I reinstalled he game only now I have to start from the begining of the game.

I have deleted the new game save and replaced with one from early September and May. Both give the out of sync with cloud message and both put me at the begining of the game.

I wouldn't mind starting from scratch if I upgraded the gpu and could turn up the graphics but there's nothing much to turn up going from one 290 to xfire. All I want to do is jump into the embassy dead drop mission with what ever gun and run around shooting bad guys.

So any other suggestions on how I can get my game save back before I bite the bullet and start over or buy a new shooter?

I thought you could turn cloud off?

Vaguely remember someone recommending that when an update caused issues for save games a while ago(ill try and find the link).

Fixed it.....lost most of my guns and suits, might male a start on perfectionist difficulty.
