Splinter Cell Chaos Theory - help!

I'm stuck on the Penthouse level (with the helicopter). I'm on the roof beside the neon AXE sign. I then grab on to the electrical cable to get the other building. The walkthrough says "Jump up to it and ride it to the pole across the road." The problem is that I keep falling before I reach pole on the other side. Even if I don't press anything when I'm sliding down the cable, I just fall and plummet to my death. Is there a special key combo I should be doing. Any ideas??

It's a stupid bug in the game :mad:

Absolute rubbish. Now I have to restart the whole game from scratch. Don't they test these things??

OK, I don't have to restart the whole game.. but I still shouldn't have to do this :mad:

enter:
F2=fly
F3=walk

Load the game.

Finished this game last week, thoroughly enjoyed it though would have prefered more of an effort on the last cutscene. Didn't come across any bugs like this though.
