Splinter cell conviction 360

I thought not long after SC4 microsoft/ubisoft came out and said that the next splinter cell will be 360 exclusive. Not a bad idea if there last PS3 ubisofts games are anything to go on.
 
They mentioned at E3 2006 the next one was 360 exclusive.

The scans are looking pretty good.

Lol at the we couldn't do it on the PS3 comments :)

Yeah instead of we couldnt do it on the PS3 it should be "We cant do it on the PS3 cause Microsoft paid us a bunch of money to have it X360 exclusive"
Kinda get fed up with developers talking trash about other consoles wether its PS3, wii or 360. Its a bit like the MGS4 interview a few weeks back saying it couldnt be done on the 360. Pretty sure MGS4 could be done on a 360 if it had a larger storage medium or use about multiple disks.
 
I fondly remember Kojima saying the 360 couldn't do the graphics. That was two weeks before GoW came out.

Having said that: oh my, the graphics on Conviction looks terrible.
 
Doesnt sound like the older splinter cells but still looks good, I'll be looking to get 1000/1000 gamerpoints in this like I did with double agent :P

yeah graphically it looks good but the whole idea of splinter cell since the first one was to sneak around using shadows and gadgets to your advantage, not running about places using chairs for melee attacks

and are ubisoft montreal are making this one?
 
Sounds more like Splinter Cell:Sam Fisher goes Codename 47 becuase his last game was better than mine :/

He thought right actually.
GRAW2 and Assassins Creed were bot confirmed for the PS3.
Something may have changed, but it was certainly the case up to a few months ago, if not still true.

This game is a 360 CONSOLE exclusive. It is confirmed for the PC (again, could be subject to change).

Nobody said it would be like james bond. They said it would be in daylight but that would be the only difference, it wouldnt change the gameplay - it wouldnt be splintercell then would it?
