Split multi page PDF document into x number of single pages?

I need to split a pdf with say 10 pages into single pages and then rename each extracted page. Ive got Adobe standard which can do it but only one page at a time (as far as I can see anyway?)

Is there anything that could split the doucument into 10 single pages so I could rename them manually?
