Split screen games on PS3 or Xbox?

Got my sis coming around for the weekend, so thought would put feelers out on good split screen games...

Games I have which I don't know whether they support or are fun in split screen: Forza 2, PGR 4, Little Big Planet, Uncharted, Motorstorm, Fable 2, Killzone 2, Resistance

Games I have which I know support split screen: Gears 1 and 2, Halo 3.

Games I have that I wish supported 2 players: Mass Effect!

Now we had a quick go at Gears 2 last weekend, and she totally sucked. They say men are bad at multitasking but she couldn't even use left and right analog sticks at the same time

She may be a girl (ok, woman at 37) but she isn't necessrily into cutesy stuff and loves sci-fi. I know she would have loved playing through Mass Effect, but being single player only, that's no option.

So we may have a proper go at Gears this weekend, but would be nice to find something which is easy to control to get her used to the controllers.

Suggestions?

EDIT: Oh yeah, not multiplayer as in online

LBP supports upto 4 player split screen and is seriously fun even the little mini game levels are a laugh. Uncharted and Killzone 2 are not, Resistance 1 is split screen for the SP game, but 2 has a split screen option but is a seperate co-op thing that doesnt follow the SP game. Motorstorm 1 isnt but Motorstorm 2 Pacific rift is 4 player split screen.

Sorry I cant lie, its possibly the worst game i've ever played - but still split screen co-op that your asking for ha ha!
