Split Volume Controls?

Not really sure how I could have described it in the title but i'll explain it better here

Well when I open winamp and I have teampspeak open, for example, when I turn the volume down in Winamp the volume for the entire computer goes down also. Such as voices on teamspeak go quieter.

All I want is the music to go quieter and to seperate the volume from all the other programs.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Any ideas where? I've looked through preferences.

On winamp preferences, make sure you are using Direct Sound for output and not Wave Output. This should allow independent volume control.

Doesn't seem to be working...

Not sure if i'm doing it right... Under the plugins output section in preferences?

Yeah, select DirectSound and click close. Then restart winamp. Works ok for me

Didn't think of restarting it... *slaps self*
