what's the new one like on pc? never played a splitter cell on pc are they better with keyboard or controller?
think it looks really cool, probably get it once i get my new rig

Funny enough i've not played any splinter cell games , so thought id start last week and bought the 1st SC , and it crashes on the 3rd level (oil rig) so stopped :(:( totally gutted was getting into it a lot.

my monitor either turns off and i try turning it back on agian then i get bsod and have to restart. It happends every time cant seem to get a fix looked on ubi forums also :/

buy Chaos Theory for PC though, it's top notch.

I played the first 2 on PS2 and the last 2 on PC (not played the PSP one) and prefer controlling with mouse and keyboard.

Double Agent is good when you learn to live with the bugs and avoid them, but preferably wait for a BIG patch.

me and my mate been playing this on lan its awesome, but the 1 player mode is so buggy cant even play it cause of graphics glitches :p

games like that aren't supposed to be really really long. look at Half Life 2, Doom3, Quake4, Hitman games, CoD2, FEAR etc. just because they're not WoW doesn't make them bad games.

Obviously its not in the same category as Half Life 2, Doom3, Quake4 different types of game. But the random crashes and nothing really new in the game thats whats bad about it, Plus not enough levels in it. Ive played beta's better made than this

Yeah i was looking forward to it, why did they have to go and mess it up, i only tried the demo and even got graphical corruption in that. :(

I thought the full game might have been ok, but nope, not after reading the Ubi forums.

I've completed Pandora Tomorrow and wasn't overly impressed. Picked up Splinter Cell on the cheap as allegedly it is a better game, but gave up on about the 3rd level. I don't think this style of game suits me, although Riddick wasn't too bad and NOLF2 is very good.

Am I the only one who is enjoying DA on the pc?
I think its good!

I think it would be a great game if it didn't had so many bugs. I liked it so much that i persevered through all the issues i had, maybe you got luckier than me with it though. I think i was lucky in that i didn't experience many performance or graphical glitches, just gameplay stuff (no saving with mini opsat up etc.) and other things that came from it being a bad console port (having to edit inis to change any settings).

But I really liked the game.

I never save with the opsat open & havent had to mess with ini's. Only bug I had was when it crashed while loading the next level once.
