Hi all,

I have a Logitech G29 steering wheel. The power cable and the cable that leads off to the pedal unit are both detachable, but the main USB lead is hardwired into the unit.

How easy is it to cut the cable, approx 6-8" from the peripheral, and wire on a USB plug so that I can have all the cables detachable?

What would I need to self wire a USB plug (don't really want to solder).

Thanks

Yeah was hoping for an easy neat approach so i'll try using an extension and just coiling the cable. Hope the extra 2m of cable doesn't effect my race performance too much. Those microseconds count when you're a pro racer like me with reaction times of a cat.
