splitting flac file back into chapters

Hi mods delete if not allowed.
So i have audio file that i want to split back into chapters and i am lost, i used to do this many years back but now haven't a clue where to start, any help ?

I presume there is a ".cue" file with it?

There is an app called Cue Splitter available for free on the Microsoft store
