Splitting up music

Did the following a while ago but can't remember how i did it.

Basically downloaded a 'mix'.
I have the mp3 file, m3u and a cue file.

Isn't there a way to split up the tracks in the mix using some program which uses one of the files above? I know the m3u has something to do with tracks but no more.

Any suggestions?

That's the one I've always used, works a charm and gives you a chance to edit the ID3 tags that will be produced.
