Bit of a pipe dream but do hope that Blackburn are sent down. It'd take all 3 sides on 39 points to win and Blackburn not winning, but still..

Would have thought given the chance Sky would have lapped up more than just 3 fixtures. They could have gotten the Liverpool game as well since there's a Europa League spot to play for as well.

As odd as it sounds I wouldn't mind Salgado for a year. He's a right nutter on and off the pitch and sounds like the person whip idiots like Denilson and Diaby into shape.

What's happened with Denilson? DM said he was leaving but then didn't in anyway back up his claim. Nor was it in any news sources.

I think the idea is that the captain of the team would show up to the final game of the season?

What, he looks ok, so injured he flies to Spain, goes to the F1 all day, just shows you Arsenals season was over after the Carling Cup, everyone on holiday mode

Aye, I mean its not fair on the players him getting to jet off back home and to the fans what pay his wages, at least be at the ground to watch your team play, Wenger is too soft.

He was there last week to say good bye to our fans on the final home game of the season. Edit - while injured then as well.

As usual something is being made of nothing by fans of other teams. It matters nothing at all he's not there.

Heck don't worry about it Cheets, we still have enough people attending our games. ;)

I fully now expect Cole to join us for a year as part of Wenger's help the aged campaign.

While he says he's delighted that top quality like him is going to play for us. Even though Chelsea and it seems Liverpool think he's not good enough.

Awesome.

I've always said the EPL needs a 'Real Madrid'.

Disappointing result today, had to scrape a draw rather than go out with a win, though admittedly Fulham are once again a half decent side.

Plenty needs to be done again in the close season. I can't be bothered to say anything else but hope Wenger does it.

I'm surprised that people still nowadays are able to avoid the football results until MOTD starts. If it isn't news everywhere it's mates msn/texting etc. with going ons.

Wow, didn't realise that Brum were relegated with almost the final ball of, as it happens, their Premier League campaign.

No sympathy from my end. Guess their luck had to run out at some point. ;)

Blackpool are fools, they should have just tried to play for the draw and stick 11 men on the goal line.

I've watched German football a lot in recent years and have always said he'd be a great buy. Fantastic technical skills, big, strong, pacey and good in the air. Arsenal were linked with him which was brilliant, however City came in.

Might be wrong, but I think he's going to rip next year. Beware the striker that starts slow as the old saying goes...
