Spoofing A Mac's Mac Address?

I'm assuming this is alright to talk about, if not, feel free to nuke the thread.

Basically my friend needs to spoof his mac address on his macbook, but I know nothing about Macs, and he doesn't either really. Is this something that's easily doable?

To change the MAC address, you need to open Terminal and type:

sudo ifconfig en1 ether 00:e2:e3:e4:e5:e6

00:e2:e3:e4:e5:e6 being the new MAC address.
