I have! It's awesome! It's great that it's a dual disc also!

Doesnt run very well on my 17" MBP with 2.33Ghz Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM and 256mb X1600.

Can't use top settings but can basically have everything high except lighting which ups the shaders a lot.

Installed it on my Fathers Dell XPS H2C while i am visiting and it looks amazing!
 
Oh right, didn't realise it was a dual disc, I was thinking of downloading it from the official place here as it's a lot cheaper than the PC version.

I run it on my 2.2 macbook with x3100 intel graphics. Runs fine on medium settings, only at 1024 x768 for now haven't turned it up to higher resolutions to try yet. The game won't run on a macbook with intel GMA 950 though.
 
GMA950 is supported on the Windows version, so you'll have to Boot Camp it.

I'm going to see how much it is in town tomorrow, I've got Spore Origins to keep me going if I have to get it online :D
 
I've got it and for a game of life type game it managed to destroy my will to live quite well...its BORING!!! its almost as bad as the Sims
 
It's annoying though as on mine it's stuck on at least 4x Anistrophic Filtering, you can't change it either as there isn't any graphics options in OS X or the game. No AA or AF options.
 
I was going to get this (I am not really a gamer but this actually interested me) but the reviews around the interwebnet have not been good. There is also an awful lot of anger over the restrictive DRM.

I'll give it a miss thanks.

Restrictive DRM? Like how?

I've installed mine on a PC and my Macbook Pro and it's fine. My mac doesnt even need the disc in the drive for it to startup and work.
 
Couldn't find it in town at a decent price, so I've ordered it online... I'm fine with waiting until next week for it.
 
i have it on my 2.8 24'' imac..... runs at full 1080p relolution everything on with no issues at all... loving the variety of gameplay in the game but strugling to get to grips with space trading!

It's alright. Mainly due to the production value of the game itself.

It's pretty much just a glorified version of snake where you move the phone around and eat stuff or avoid stuff with varyingly different difficulties.

It's pretty cool though as you can take a picture with the iPhone camera and apply it as a skin to the creature. There's my creature i made below! :p
