I bought this game yesterday, for some unkown reason (along with dow2).......is there a tutorial on the game? because i was expecting a tutorial because seriously dont have a clue what i am doing, and there was no options for a tutorial, i was a little germ, swimming around eating things.........then i went on to land and then it beats me what i was doing

i thought this was a Huge multiplayer game, well i havnt seen any kind of chat or anyone else at all, when im on this land all there is are a few trees and loads of little baby creatures....so again...totally confused

You should probably have looked further in to this game before buying it. I got it on launch and its easily the biggest waste of £30 i've ever spent.

There is no real tutorial for the game however as you progress you get little hint boxes pop up and tell you what to do next. All in all there are 5 stages of evolution in the game to go through and they get more boring as you go, the final space stage is just rubbish.

As for multi player, not as far as I know. I know you can share your created content but I honestly never used that feature.
