All the more reason for me to either save up for an iMac or MacBook Pro; I already need either one of them and with Spores released to run natively on OS X, I'm thrilled!
I just hope the GPU for either the iMac / MacBook Pro, by then, will more or less be capable of handling the game decently on native resolution
IF EA is nice (and technically foreseeable), they might release a hybrid DVD version, both Mac/PC like how WoW is distributed
