Anyone else used sports direct online and select delivery? I am not the biggest fan of sports direct for many reasons, I know there customer service is shocking and I do try to avoid using them. I ordered a few items, two of those where the same price as else where, but the third items was significantly cheaper than everyone else and not available in my local store.

Firstly they charge 5.99 for delivery. Each item has come separately, still waiting on the third what is the item I want the most…… hand up, lesson learned not to order online from them again. Just frustrated, now wishing I had just paid more and gone else where. Sorry just wanted to vent…….

I'm assuming you saved more than £5.99 overall, on the third item? They're probably just being sent from different stores/warehouses, I'd imagine. Whether delivery is 'free' or not, you're paying one way or the other. TBH £6 for three items and three deliveries doesn't sound awful, and you've saved money overall. It's not something I'd be stressing over, personally. You are, of course, free to pay more somewhere else if you prefer in future. They're a scummy company anyway by all accounts.

Yep, I had this nonsense, 2 packs of boxxers in one bag one day then the next day the other 6, the women on the phone when I EVENTUALLY got through, sounded embarassed and had no idea why they'd done it, despite a note saying it was due to stock?

Yes third item the saving was much more than the £5.99, not stressing just frustrated with the there poor system. The thing that made me laugh 20mins after I posted this thread they emailed me saying the last item is on the way.

They have a terrible returns policy as well. I avoid them unless no other option.

Sadly Mike Ashley is now spreading this poor customer service to other brands he has acquired.

Yeah I can imagine House of Fraser has gone down hill sense he took ownership.

That’s awful. I must admit I wishing I had paid more and gone elsewhere.
