Sports Supplements - Any way to make them actually palatable?

Hi all, I have recently started making myself a post workout protein shake (well last night was my first ever) and having followed the directions I just mixed it with water. It tasted awful, no worse than that, to be honest it tasted like cold vomit.

It was my own mix based on a bit of research and foolishly or not I didnt add any flavouring to the mix:-

Whey Protein Isolate 60%
L-Glutamine 10%
L-Luecine 10%
Creatine Monohydrate 10%
Dextrose 10%

50g to be taken as a shake post workout.

I think next time I will try mixing this into fruit juice, does anyone who has experience of these shakes know a way by which this can be made not to taste quite so bloody awful?
 
too late to add flavouring unless I ad it to each shake indicidually.

Does it still have a bit of a nasty aftertaste?

I dont think it helped that I was in a bit of a hurry last night and ended up necking it.
