Spotify and Ruark Audio MR1 Mk2

So the Ruark Audio MR1 Mk2 has an "optical input that can support hi-res audio up to 24-bit/192kHz", but I'm struggling to find out whether Spotify outputs this, and if not then it sounds like upsampling isn't a good idea so what rate should I set?

I believe Spotify high quality setting on Premium sub is 320kbit/s

44,100 (sample rate) x 16 (bit depth) x 2 (no. of channels) = 1,411,200 or 1,411.2 kbps
