Spotify app - downloads playlist for phone?

Wondering how this works.. Trying to make it easier to manage my downloaded music (on my phone) via the PC app.

If I make a playlist called "zzz downloads" and hit the button on my android app to download it - it obviously downloads all albums/music within that to my phone. And I can add music to said playlist via my PC and they seem to download to my phone as well.

But if I remove some music from said playlist (via my PC) will the downloads be removed from my phone?

Basically trying to manage my phone downloads via my PC to make things easier

Yes it syncs across all devices, adding / removing will do it to all devices.
