Don't like it at all 
horrid on the eyes if you spend much time looking at it.
You can actually play with the resources.zip and make your own theme if you've got a lot of time on your hands - if they were gonna makes a change that large would have been nice to ship it with some alternative themes :S

I like it. Would be nicer if the font was a size or 2 smaller though.
Not a fan at all. It's far too dark, the UI elements get completely lost in it, and the text size and amount of wasted space is ridiculous. Even on a 24" display I'm having to scroll a lot just to navigate it.
I'm particularly disappointed that they've stripped out the Starred functionality now to replace it with this Collection thing. It's essentially rendered 4 years' worth of starred tracks completely useless, because you can't easily add to it and you can't see at-a-glance on an album/artist page if a track has been starred now. I've cancelled my subscription as a result, I'll go back to using it for free and I'll give Rdio another try too.
