Hi guys!
Hardly ever backed up my phone!
But I've lost some messages/pictures/videos on my phone :/ I've tried some software that recovers deleted stuff but no luck :/
I then jailbroke my phone which is on ios 8.3 and started to look through the folders.
But it seems the videos and pictures are gone :/
I can find a fair few messages from the spotlight cache: smssearchindex.sqlite
The messages im able to recover from the software are totally different from the spotlight cache. I've looked in the sms.db but theres nothing there either.
Do any of you guys know where these data recovery programs pull the messages from?
Any advice on what I can do next? places to look?
Also after opening the spotlight cache with SQLite I can see some messages/numbers but all are missing a time and date :/
