We're in the process of buying a new build and the options list is becoming very expensive already. One of the biggest expenses so far is the spotlights. They want £70 per light.
That seems expensive to me given that the lights themselves can be bought for under a tenner each. If we wanted to get an electrician in afterwards, what sort of price would be average?
Ideally we'd want 9x in the kitchen, 4x in each of the 3 bathrooms and depending on price, an additional lot in the halls. So between 20 and 30 lights I reckon.
