Sprayers?

So, I found this little lot in the garage today lurking on a shelf.

I very much want to learn how to use it So can anyone tell me, or tell me where to find out what kind of paint I need, what to do with it, how to spray it, and so on... I've seen this done on the tv lots of times and it looks quite technical!

That little pump won't be enough to drive the spray gun unfortunately. You'll need at least a 4cfm compressor and preferably at least 8cfm.

You reckon? That is a kit, the blue pack contains instructions, spare nozzle for the gun, couple of O rings for the gun and a spare diaphragm for the compressor.

How much is one of these masks so that I wont die then?
