Was going to spray my RS125 Matt Black myself and see how it turned out.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for instructions/products to use? Very little (from what I can see) on the Internet about it.

My mate had his R1 sprayed Matt black, it looked pretty awesome, but everytime it was touched it showed all hand/finger prints quite badly.
Im guessing your bike is already painted, if so, the hardest/longest part is going to be prepping the panels for painting. Basically involves lots of rubbing down with wet/dry paper.

seen a few people talking about doing this....it's being termed "stealthing"

people doing it in various levels of committment...namely some go for just black fairings, others the full whack, down to nuts, bolts, levers etc!! (costly and time consuming!)

look in bike forums for the "projects" sections and search for "stealth" and you should get some good help

there's a guy doing his GSXR on www.gixerjunkies.net right now - excellent step by step with pics, including copious Stella drinking :D
you'll have to register to read it though

You might want to use satin instead of matt because it won't show up the fingerprints. You can get both matt or satin in rattle cans at Halfords. I'd give the bodywork a good wash to get off any old wax etc, dry, light rub down with 320-grit paper to key the surface, mask up the bits you don't want black and on with the paint. Probably only take 2-3 light coats.
