It is just half life 2, no multiplayer game like tf2, still need it?

I have yet to see any true generousity to someone in need on this forum (or from, for that matter). Ok, maybe regulus perhaps. One person.

No, you are right, I should have given him my life savings, and my car too, then I wouldn't have been selfish.

Maybe you should go and read the skywalker/beth thread in GD, if you believe that there is no honest generosity on these forums.

Or are you bitter as no-one gave anything to you?

Had the usual games, Orange Box + Counter Strike 1.6/Source.

Luckily I don't buy non-valve games on steam or I would be really annoyed, still irritating though.

Not flaming but there haven been plenty of generous acts on these forums. Zoltan was a young poster who had cancer and made plenty of good posts without telling anybody what was wrong with him, eventually he did post a story about his life and how he had terminal cancer but was just happy enjoying his life. The members all clubbed together and took him to a track day (iirc) where he got to drive some nice fast cars.

A donation was raised for Skywalkers daughter who has lots of medical problems and toys were bought for her from the forum.

Do a search, there has been plenty of similar stories. paradigm above is just one more generous act without requirement for anything in return.
