Well, that time of the year after winter (despite trying not to ride in winter, I couldn't resist when the sun came out!) when the roads are warming up.
Despite dropping my bike coming out of my work carpark the other week, a mate who owns a body shop will be repairing and respraying the nose and LH fairing for £50! Get involved.
Anyway, I picked up some track fibreglass fairing set off a mate who used to own a Ducati 748 track bike, got the set for £30! Another bargain.
ANYWAY! I am trying to say, anyone else doing a spring 'clean' service recently?
I got a few things to do this weekend, new chain, sprockets, oil, filter, fuel filter, air filters, spark plugs ect ect. Just a general 6k mile service really.
I have noticed a fair bit of rusting though, on a lot if not most bolts on the bike, driving me nuts, impossible to get rid of. Anyone got any ideas?
Anyway, yea. Bring on summer and if anyone is up for it, H cafe on Sunday in Oxford? My Ducati 748 will look cack with the chopped up track fairings, but I am still going out for a ride, sod the looks lol.
