Sprocket replacement

My google-fu is failing me on this one. Can you easily change the sprocket on any single speed hub or is it not always possible? I'm thinking specifically of an Octane One SS Pro if that helps.

Why do you need to change it? Most are 9T drivers to match 25T at the front.

You can replace it if it's damaged or use one of a similar style of hub if it's a joytech style.
