Sprucing up my existing PC

Im thinking of changing my mother board and memory for my
Intel Core i7 2700k Sandybridge also might splurdge on a new case if the price is right..
Was thinking of a Fractal define r4 or something along that line..
Ill be running it off a Corsair 650w psu and i do occasionally overclock the cpu

Whats the experts recommendations on a nice new case, Mobo and RAM (8gb preferred)

no case found so picked another, out of stock but size same and looks very good
no m/b mentioned either so have no idea what you need or use, but this one oc well
