Spry

Got a few sites to do as well for some customers, was thinking of downloading the trial of CS3 and playing around with Spry ( using DW8 at the moment ).

Might bung it on my laptop and try it out from there.

Started using the implementation of this that's part of Dreamweaver CS3 and spent most of the morning trying to get a drop-down menu system to work. Plonk it on the page and add your menu items and it's fine.

However, start to modify the appearance via the CSS and a glaring bug in IE rears its head, one that is affecting lots of others on the Spry livedocs pages on the Adobe website. The drop downs suddenly start showing horizontally rather than vertically. Adobe have posted a new .js file on the Labs pages that is supposed to fix the problem but unfortunately it doesn't.
