spv c600 joystick dying!

The down function on the joystick of my c600 has practically died. Occasionally it works but on the whole it either doesn't work or does the same as pressing the joystick in the middle. I'm on orange but don't have insurance, would they take it back and replace it or not?

Should be covered on the warenty, just give them a call. If its a commen problem as these sort of things normally are then the will do it strait away no problem.

Just out of interest, how long have you had the phone? Mines fine at present, barring some scratches on screen (of unknown origin - what a weak screen!).

since about the 10th feb got an upgrade on another contract due end of may so I just want the c600 to be good enough to sell
