Just buy 100s of web cam privacy covers and put them on anything suspicious/with a hole. Job done.

You’d be better off finding a specialist security company as the detectors that can actually find such devices are very expensive and require training to operate effectivel.

Most cheap cameras use Infra Red in some capacity. Switch off all the lights and open your phone camera and sweep round the room. The camera is sensitive to IR so you’ll see the beams. You can do this with a tv remote to see it working.

You are correct you do have a spy camera but you'll never find it. No use looking there, very, very cold my friend......
