spybot fix problems

I've got Spybot search and destroy, and it says I have spyware. Eg.

"BackWeb lite: Global settings (Registry key, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\BackWeb

BackWeb lite: Netscape viewer (Registry value, nothing done)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2356821764-3479673864-3554745571-1006\Software\Netscape\Netscape Navigator\Viewers\application/x-bwpreview

Windows Security Center.FirewallDisableNotify: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FirewallDisableNotify!=dword:0

Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify!=dword:0"

Is it all right to fix these problems? Wouldn't this alter the registry and is it okay to do this? Thanks.

Those 2 you dont need to get rid of, unles you want to be notified practically every day if your AV or firewall is up to date and on
