Spyware getting cleverererer?

I very stupidly double clicked the first file of 50 rar files which was an EXE file when I should have known better and NOD picked it up immediately but it still put that tasty picture on my screen.

I did something similar the other day on 1 of our laptops, found an exe, thought wonder what that is, clicked it then thought oh dear, shouldn't have done that. :)
 
I got exactly the same display on my screen last night. I removed it (I thought) with Malwarebytes. However, today I discover I can't defrag, the Search tool no longer works, my google search results head off to a completely different p;ace (blinkx or something) and the best of all, my PC won't let me use Nero to burn anything anymore. Says I have to get an admin to let me burn stuff - on my own PC! I have deep scanned with NOD32, scanned again with Malwarebytes and SUPERantispyware but nothing gets rid. Format here I come.
