Spyware - How to remove?

I just installed a programme that had spyware included with it, and my Mcafee keeps saying im infected with spyware, It also tells me that i can remove this via going through the vendors uninstaller, when i check my add / remove programms list, nothing "unusual" is there, also, for some reason Mcafee wont remove it.

Any help on how to remove this please?

Then check your, Browser Helper Object's and Disable any that don't look right.

2 years of having a career of deleting spyware/viruses daily Id shake your hand for that reply

But depending of how bad the infections are... if its minor or just picked up a few, it may not need the dreaded Format Command

Use adaware and Spybot search and destroy as said above. Really good programs.
