Currently have a 2003 standard running 2005 enterprise, 1.86Ghz Quad, 2GB Ram, 2x80Gb Raid 1 (this is not my server before anyone asks

Now it hosts a DB for 50 Users, but only about 25 use it at anyone time.
These are the stats in task manager
Would you say it needs a higher spec at all?
Would it perform better on 64bit OS and SQL?
