SQL 2005 User Logins

I'm trying to backup some SQL system logins but not sure how?

So i'm trying to backup - Security/Logins in the 1st picture. I've backed up the DB logins in the second picture with backup exec

I think you need to backup the master database as well as the Vista Live database.

I don't know any more than that, but I have heard of a similar kind of problem because SQL server expects you to be restoring everything, not just the one database.
