SQL Database help

My wife owns a hairdressing business.
She uses a piece of software called salon iris.
It uses an SQL database to organise her clients, products, services etc.

However she has accidentally overwritten her SQL database which contained all her previous information with a template pre desgined as an example client database.

Is there a way to recover this her original database that has been overwritten.

I had previously had it set up to back up onto a memory stick but she took that our...

if you (she!) has over-written the entire database with a previous / different one then no.

Is that the cloud version? If so get in contact with support they may have a backup available.

Even the basic version of that software has backup options. Check support.
