As far as I know this is only available on a Volume or Service Provider license agreement so you will need to go through a reseller (Competitor) rather than a retail outfit.
I also believe that means it cannot be 'bought' outright - it is essentially an ongoing charge framework, i.e. a certain amount per processor per month.
