Any certified people out here?

I've spoken about wanting to tackle this course for many years now. And I can't be bothered to put it off any longer.

What I want to know is whether you think it would be possible for one to go through all three sub courses within a week? Yes. A week of solid uninterrupted studying.

Keen to know your thoughts.
thanks

Depends how familiar you are with SQL Server - there's a lot of stuff to cover if you're not already working on it day-to-day. Ones based fully around the querying of SQL, one around administering and one around implementing a data warehouse. A lot of subjects.

Been working with databases and sql for a little over 10 years now.

during that time a lot of my work has been about retrieving and manipulation of data. Database design and administration plays a fairly small part In what I've done in the past.

I'm MCSE qualified in sql server. I think the qualification is well worth doing and isn't expensive. It helped me understand where the gaps on my knowledge were.

Querying SQL server was fun, administrating server was a drag and would take you over a week to study! Data warehousing was pretty easy.

Going with a tutor is going to cost me a few grand. Like I mentioned I've been leaving it too long (have had the three 2012 books for well over a year now).

This week I've been doing an SSAS course. And its just got me thinking I need to get my head down. So ive purchased the Dev edition of SQL Server 2014 (Couldnt find 2012). Will most definitely be getting my head down now.
