Well its my first few weeks back to the gym and loving every second of it! Just been doing chest for the first two weeks, but yesterday sorted out a proper program. All i can say if thankyou to the guys on here for almost making me do them,i love them! After all the posts on the importance of legs and compounds. Totaly kills me doing them, felt rather sick afterwards and my form was all over the shop, but it felt great. The worst thing was when i got home and whent to run upstair like normal, i got about 4 sets up and my legs gave way! Didn't realise at all how hard it hit me legs! But what i'm trying to say is thanks to everyone who gives advise and hopefully in a few months i'll have some nice before and after pics for you. :)
 
You should see my leg day, Sometimes I just check out a wheel chair and go to the super market in it.

walking down hills and stairs is the worst though, and Athens is basically all hills....think san francisco :(

Ouch! LOL the wheel chairs not a bad plan! Think my worst problem is going to be work, i'm a builder so i'm humping stuff all day, think i mite have to do legs on a friday!
 
It's the one day where you know you have worked hard!! Getting up and down stairs is a joke lol :D
Good work though - keep hitting those squats and hit them hard!!
