Hello!
My Sinnis Spirit (cheap, sort of cheerful) started making an odd squeaking sound that I can't identify. It only happens when I'm sitting on the scooter. If the engine is off it squeaks if I "bounce" on the seat. If the engine is on it squeaks constantly when I'm sitting on it and sounds louder in motion, especially on bumpier roads.
I sprayed all the parts I could access with WD40 (there's a lot of plastic in the way) which seems to have stopped, or maybe just quietened the squeaking for now. A colleague told me that I need to lube up all the parts I sprayed with WD40 in case it seizes. Is that true? And what kind of lube should I use?
